A native Ecuador (South America), Chef Galo Lopez came to United States to make the American dream. He is in the right path settling in Williamstown, MA. Chef Galo Lopez started out as dishwasher in his first restaurant, through months of training becoming the second chef in La Camelia Restaurant, in New York, his willing in cooking captive his expectations in life. Subsequently, he worked in Meson Galicia, CT; and finally Espana, NY. Chef Galo Lopez also worked at Coyote Flaco in Port Chester, New York, where he found the perfect opportunity to open a Mexican restaurant. Chef Galo Lopez is best described by keeping it perfection, doing smoothly, and using the right ingredients in every dish.
